The research results are intended to contribute to the evidence base in education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the first time, design parameters and assessment measures are examined in a multi-level context in the german school system.<br>This is done in four studies based on representative data from three longitudinal large-scale assessment studies conducted in Germany: The National Educational Panel Study (NEPS), the national extension of the international PISA 2003 study (PISA-I+), and the DESI study (Assessment of Student Achievements in German and English as a Foreign Language).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Study 1 examines design parameters for cluster-randomized studies for the general student population and for different school types. <\/li><li>Study 2 analyzes the extent to which different covariates improve the statistical power and estimation accuracy of cluster-randomized studies.<\/li><li>Study 3 examines average skill growth as an assessment measure of effect sizes for the general student population and separately by school type. <\/li><li>Study 4 looks at differences in competency between low-performing and average schools as an assessment measure. <\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_coblocks_attr":"","_coblocks_dimensions":"","_coblocks_responsive_height":"","_coblocks_accordion_ie_support":"","_links_to":"","_links_to_target":""},"schwerpunkte":[70],"fachdisziplinen":[71],"class_list":["post-54224","projekte","type-projekte","status-publish","hentry","schwerpunkte-educational-monitoring-and-information","fachdisziplinen-bildungsforschung-en"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.leibniz-bildung.de\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/projekte\/54224","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.leibniz-bildung.de\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/projekte"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.leibniz-bildung.de\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/projekte"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.leibniz-bildung.de\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/3"}],"version-history":[{"count":8,"href":"https:\/\/www.leibniz-bildung.de\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/projekte\/54224\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":71760,"href":"https:\/\/www.leibniz-bildung.de\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/projekte\/54224\/revisions\/71760"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.leibniz-bildung.de\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=54224"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"schwerpunkte","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.leibniz-bildung.de\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/schwerpunkte?post=54224"},{"taxonomy":"fachdisziplinen","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.leibniz-bildung.de\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/fachdisziplinen?post=54224"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
