The research program also focuses on\nquestions concerning professional development of staff and the quality of\nlearning opportunities in early childhood education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The center&#8217;s\nwork focuses on intervention studies which examine the effects of preschool\neducation on development in subsequent educational stages. Specific focus is\nalso put on linking preschool and primary school programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Center\u2019s business and coordination was conducted through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leibniz-bildung.de\/en\/about-us\/network-partners\/ipn\/\">IPN \u2013 Leibniz Institute for Science and Mathematics Education<\/a> in Kiel until spring 2021.
